 Hey! it's not such a hell-hole anymore.. it's improved quite a bit in the      
 last few years.. magnetic doors.. new elevator cables/motors/doors...

 heheheh.. i'm quite happy way up on floor 13 and 14... quiet neighbours..      
 a snoopy old woman.. and.. the dog has quieted down..
